If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is designed to be as clean, transparent, and community-focused as our brand ethos.
Our Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of our community, the following product categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Beauty & Wellness (including face and body products)
- Gels (personal care items)
- Home goods (decor & living items)
- Yoga Mats & Equipment
These items are excluded due to hygiene and safety considerations, in line with industry standards and our commitment to community well-being.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:
- Contact Our Support Team – Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary details.
- Receive Instructions – We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid return shipping instructions (for exchanges and eligible returns).
- Ship Your Item – Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RMA number on the package, and drop it off with the provided carrier.
- Track & Confirm – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email and proceed with your exchange or refund.

Refunds & Processing Time
We handle refunds with the same care we take in quality-checking every order at our San Angelo studio.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- Refund Method: Funds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is free for exchanges and eligible returns; we provide a prepaid label.
- Exchange Shipping: New items for exchanges are shipped via our standard or free shipping options once the return is received.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
International Returns
We serve a global community of movers. International returns are accepted under the same 15-day policy. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs and applicable customs duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage.
